The building was fully renovated in 2010, respecting the building history: high ceilings, wooden beams, structure and facade).
Located in a lovely small square, it is next to the city center main points of interest and also very good communicated by public transport to reach the beach or the City of Arts and Sciences.
It has 3 floors and only one apartment per floor, so your stay will be very quiet. Moreover, it has a terrace-solarium with different ambients which is a nice meeting point for the guests.
The apartments are lofts with one double bed, one bathroom and kitchen. Flats 1 and 2 have balconies.
