The building was fully renovated in 2020, respecting the building history: high ceilings, wooden beams, structure and facade. It has been equipped with the best quality materials.
Located in a very quiet street next to Central Market, it is in the heart of the city center and close to main points of interest. It is very good communicated by public transport to reach the beach or the City of Arts and Sciences.
It has 3 floors and only one apartment per floor, so your stay will be very quiet. Moreover, it has a terrace-solarium with differents ambients which is a nice meeting point for the guests.
